Devin Lessne started in the rehabilitation field early in life working for Rehabilitation Services, Inc a company founded by Mr. Lessne’s parents in 1974. Devin Lessne’s first experience in the rehabilitation field was assisting his father in running Rehabilitation Services sheltered workshop in Miami. As time went on, he assisted his father in outreach focusing on the American’s with Disability Act.
Brenda Martinez Richardson
MS, CRC, CVE, ICVE, IPEC, PVE Clinical Director
Brenda Martinez Richardson began working in the rehabilitation field in 2011. She has a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Case Management from Fort Valley State University, Fort Valley, Georgia. She has earned her professional certifications as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist (CVE), International Certified Vocational Evaluator (ICVE), and International Psychometric Evaluator (IPEC). She has obtained the Professional Vocational Evaluator (PVE) designation.

Claire Ziegler got her Master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida. She graduated Summa Cum Laude. Claire maintains designation as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) via the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC). She also has an International Psychometric Evaluation Certification (IPEC).
Marketing Director/Vocational Consultant
Tracey Wilkerson has earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Skidmore College, located in Saratoga Springs, New York. Furthering her passion for helping people, she obtained her certification as a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) via the prestigious Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC).

Teri Hillery received her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Troy University. Teri earned her certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) via the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) and a certification as a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) via the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC). Mrs. Hillery has a passion to serve and has over 15 years of serving in mental health and case management. She has been accepted as a Vocational Expert by the Social Security Administration and approved as an assistant vocational evaluator for the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. She is a member of the Vocational Evaluation and Career Assessment Professionals Association (VECAP).
