At Vocational Expert Services, Inc., our mission is to offer vocational rehabilitation services crucial to the vocational rehabilitation process and provide an objective analysis of vocational factors for the public, legal, and risk management community.

Devin Lessne

MA, MS, CRC, CDMS, ABVE/D, IPEC, CVE, ICVE
President

Devin Lessne earned a Master of Arts in Counseling from the Rehabilitation Counseling Program at the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, Arkansas. He is also credentialed as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), Certified Vocational Evaluator Specialist (CVE), and earned an International Psychometric Evaluation Certification (IPEC). Devin is recognized as a Diplomat at the American Board of Vocational Experts (ABVE/D). Globally, he is acknowledged by the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals as an International Certified Vocational Evaluator (ICVE). Devin serves as an expert in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and family law matters. He is also trained in Collaborative Divorce.

Teri Hillery

MS, CRC, CDMS
Outreach/Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant

Teri Hillery received a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Troy University. She earned her Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) certification via the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC). She also earned certification as a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) via the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC). Teri is trained as a Collaborative Law Professional by Roadmaps for Resolution Collaborative Law Training. She has a passion to serve and has over 15 years of serving in mental health, case management, family law, Veteran’s TDIU, and worker’s compensation. Additionally, Teri has been accepted as a Vocational Expert by the Social Security Administration as well as been given approval as a Vocational evaluator for the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Teri is also a member of the Vocational Evaluation and Career Assessment Professionals Association (VECAP) and the Collaborative Family Law Group of Central Florida.

Beth Leitman

Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant

Beth Leitman received a Master’s Degree in Professional and Rehabilitation Counseling with a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialization from New Mexico Highlands University. She earned certifications as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE) via the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC). Additionally, she received her International Psychometric Evaluation (IPEC) certification via the American Board of Vocational Experts (ABVE). Beth has been accepted as a Vocational Expert by the Social Security Administration and approved as an assistant vocational evaluator for the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. She has a been working in the mental health and rehabilitation fields for over 10 years, and has served as an expert in Veteran’s TDIU, workers’ compensation, and family law matters. Beth is a member of American Board of Vocational Experts (ABVE) and Vocational Evaluation and Career Assessment Professionals (VECAP).

 

Ms. Kelly Ann Grimm

CCRN, CLCP
Certified Life Care Planner

Ms. Kelly Ann Grimm earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Excelsior University and studied nursing at Phillips Beth Israel School of Nursing. She is a Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) and a Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP) with experience in life care planning, medical-legal consulting, burns and traumatic injuries, and rehabilitation management. Ms. Grimm has extensive experience working in burn centers and intensive care units and is associated with numerous affiliations including the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, American Nurses Association, American Burn Association, and the Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors. She is also affiliated with the International Commission of Health Care Certifications and the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.

Brenda Martinez

Brenda Martinez has earned a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Case Management from Fort Valley State University, Fort Valley, Georgia. She has earned her professional certifications as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist (CVE), and International Psychometric Evaluator (IPEC). Brenda is an authorized provider of PGAP (Progressive Goal Attainment Program) services. She is a member of the American Board of Vocational Experts, the Vocational Evaluation and Career Assessment Professionals Association (VECAP), and the National Rehabilitation Association.
