Devin Lessne has earned a Masters of Arts, Counseling, from the Rehabilitation Counseling Program, University of Arkansas, Little Rock, Arkansas. He also has a Master of Science, Aviation Safety, Central Missouri State University, Warrensburg, Missouri. He has earned professional certifications from the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certification of Disability Management Specialists Commission as a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), American Board of Vocational Experts as a Fellow (ABVE/F) and Registry of Professional Vocational Evaluators as a Professional Vocational Evaluator (PVE), International Psychometric Evaluation Certification (IPEC).
Mr. Lessne is accepted as a Vocational Expert by the Social Security Administration and testifies in Social Security disability adjudication hearings. The state of Florida has also accepted Mr. Lessne as a worker’s compensation Qualified Rehabilitation Professional.
Additionally, Mr. Lessne has given vocational counseling and job placement services to Social Security beneficiaries through the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work-Employment Network program. He has also provided job placement services along with vocational case management, and independent living assessments for the US Department of Veterans Affairs. He is approved to provide vocational evaluations by Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and Florida Division of Blind Services.
Mr. Lessne served on the board of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals – Florida Chapter as Central District President and Training and Education Chairperson.
