Kristin Panella began working in the field of vocational rehabilitation in 2009. She has a Master of Arts degree in Exceptional Student Education from the University of Central Florida. She completed post-graduate courses at FIG Services in 2018 and is recognized by ICHCC as a certified Life Care Planner. Kristen is also a certified Fellow by the American Board of Vocational Experts, requiring specific knowledge in vocational assessment, job analysis, and job placement, as well as formal approval of her forensic work product.
Kristin’s passion for providing quality vocational rehabilitation services began with supporting individuals with visual impairments and blindness in their quest to secure meaningful employment opportunities. Throughout her career, she has worked with people of all ages and varying disabilities. She is skilled in evaluating work capacity and performing transferable skills analyses, labor market surveys, vocational coaching, and job placement.
Ms. Panella is qualified as a Vocational Expert by the Social Security Administration Office of Hearing Operations. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners, American Board of Vocational Experts, and International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.
