Meet Our Team

Devin LessneDevin Lessne

MA, MS, CRC, CDMS, ABVE/F, PVE
President

Devin Lessne has earned a Masters of Arts, Counseling, from the Rehabilitation Counseling Program, University of Arkansas, Little Rock, Arkansas and a Master of Science, Aviation Safety, Central Missouri State University, Warrensburg, Missouri. He has earned professional certifications from the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certification of Disability Management Specialists Commission as a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), American Board of Vocational Experts as a Fellow (ABVE/F) and Registry of Professional Vocational Evaluators as a Professional Vocational Evaluator (PVE).

Mr. Lessne is accepted as a Vocational Expert by the Social Security Administration and testifies in Social Security disability adjudication hearings. The state of Florida has also accepted Mr. Lessne as a worker’s compensation Qualified Rehabilitation Professional.

Mr. Lessne has provided vocational counseling and job placement services to Social Security beneficiaries through the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work-Employment Network program. He has also provided job placement services along with vocational case management, and independent living assessments for the US Department of Veterans Affairs. He is approved to provide vocational evaluations by Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and Florida Division of Blind Services.

Mr. Lessne served on the board of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals – Florida Chapter as Central District President and Training and Education Chairperson.

Teri Hillery

ADMS, NCCA, CDMS

Teri Hillery has earned a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University. She has earned a professional Associate Disability Management Specialist (ADMS) designation accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). She also has earned her professional certification from the Commission on Certified Disability Management Specialists as a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS).

Ms. Hillery is accepted as a Vocational Expert by the Social Security Administration and testifies in Social Security disability adjudication hearings. She also provides vocational evaluations and transferable skills analysis.

Ms. Hillery has over 10 years of experience in Case Management, Supportive Living Coaching, Supported Employment and job placement for individuals with disabilities.

Brenda Martinez Richardson

MS, CRC

Brenda Martinez Richardson has earned a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Case Management from Fort Valley State University, Fort Valley, Georgia. She has earned her professional certification from the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC).

Ms. Martinez Richardson is accepted as a Vocational Expert by the Social Security Administration and testifies in Social Security disability adjudication hearings. She also provides vocational counseling, vocational case management, vocational evaluations, labor market surveys, transferable skills analysis, vocational and psychological testing, and job placement.

Ms. Martinez Richardson is bi-lingual in English and Spanish. She has provided services in cases in Florida, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Ms. Martinez Richardson is the Central Florida President of the Florida Chapter of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals and a member of the National Association of Professional Women.

Lois Silberstein

MA, CDMS

Lois Silberstein earned a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of West Florida, Pensacola, Florida. She earned her professional certification from the Commission on Certified Disability Management Specialists as a Certified Disability Management Specialist(CDMS).

Ms. Silberstein is accepted as a Vocational Expert by the Social Security Administration and testifies in Social Security disability adjudication hearings. She is an approved Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for the US Department of Labor, Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs, Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Division. She also provides absence management services, vocational counseling, vocational case management, vocational evaluations, re-employment assessments, labor market surveys, transferable skills analysis, vocational testing, employability skills training and job placement.

Ms. Silberstein has provided vocational rehabilitation and disability management services in Northwest Florida for over twenty years, eight of which were spent as a Senior Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with the Florida Bureau of Rehabilitation and Re-Employment. She has  also been a designated Qualified Rehabilitation Provider for the state of Florida.

Nancy Garrett

Nancy Garrett has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and was certified as a high school English teacher. Ms. Garrett has had careers as a teacher (language arts/reading) in North Carolina, South Carolina and Maryland; a congressional staffer in the offices of U.S. Representatives William H. Natcher (KY) and John D. Dingell (MI); and as a legal assistant/paralegal in several law firms in Richmond, Virginia.
